Privacy Policy
Neurodivarsity Ltd (company no. 15099393, registered in England and Wales). Last updated 22 July 2026.
We build tools for neurodivergent people, so we treat cognitive and personal privacy as a design principle, not a checkbox. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect on this website, why, and your rights.
Who we are
Neurodivarsity Ltd is the data controller for this website (www.neurodivarsity.com). Contact: info@neurodivarsity.com.
What we collect and why
- Waitlist and contact forms: your name, email address, and anything you choose to write in optional fields. We use this to send you the updates you asked for and to contact you about early access. Legal basis: consent.
- Email updates: if you opt in, we send occasional emails. Every email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately. Legal basis: consent.
- Optional analytics: if, and only if, you press Accept on our banner, we record anonymous page views (page visited, device type, browser type, referring page) linked to a random identifier stored in your browser. If you press Decline, none of this happens and the site works exactly the same. Legal basis: consent.
- Contributions: if you support the project financially, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your data, to anyone, ever.
- We do not use advertising trackers or third-party ad networks.
- We do not profile you.
Who processes data for us
We use a small number of service providers to run the website: MailerLite (email list and updates), Resend (transactional email), Stripe (payments), and our hosting provider (servers in the EU). Each processes data only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Waitlist details: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Analytics events: up to 24 months, then deleted. You can ask us to delete anything sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email info@neurodivarsity.com and we will act on it. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Significant changes will be flagged to email subscribers.
